TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancelation Policies:

• A cancellation includes not proceeding with the booking and the dates booked
• All cancellations must be notified by email to Bodhi Bingin (admin@bodhibingin.com)
• If a booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date a cancellation fee of 4% of total cost but min. 500.000 IDR will apply (bank fees)
• If a booking is cancelled 7 to 14 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 50% of total cost will apply
• If a booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 100% of total cost will apply
• No refund will be given for reduction of stay once checked in
• No refund will be given if guests fail to show up on arrival date for any reason
• No refund will be given for bookings at discounted rates
• All rooms are guaranteed on the day of arrival In the case of a no-show, booking will be cancelled after 24 hours and cancellation conditions specified above apply
  

1. PAYMENT / DEPOSIT

• For all bookings a minimum stay of 2 nights applies
• Full payment is required within 24 hours of booking
• No bookings will be guaranteed until complete payment is received
• Guests are invoiced in Indonesian Rupiah IDR

2. CHANGE OF BOOKING DATE

• Booking date can be changed up to 30 days prior to check in*
• For change of booking date within the same season* an amendment fee of 500.000 IDR applies
• For change of booking date to a different season* the difference in room rate plus an amendment fee of 500.000 IDR applies (No refunds given if changed from “High Season” to “Low Season”)

* Booking date of bookings at discounted rates can not be changed
** High Season: 1. May - 30. Sep - Low Season: 1. Oct - 30. Apr

4. GUESTS POLICY

• Maximum of 2 guests in Bodhi 1, Bodhi 2, Bodhi 3 and Tree House Villa
• Baby cot charged for IDR 200.000 per night
